Zelenskyy signs law on dismissal of serviceman due to death of half-brother or sister
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law restoring the right of a serviceman to be dismissed from service during a war in the event of the death or disappearance of a half-brother or sister.
The corresponding note appeared in the bill card on the Verkhovna Rada website.
As reported, on November 20, 2024, the Ukrainian parliament adopted a law amending Article 26 of the Law on military duty and military service on restoring the right of servicemen to be dismissed from military service during martial law due to the death or disappearance of their half-brother or sister.
