Cabinet amends rules for crossing state border by men aged 18-25 during martial law
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has amended the rules for crossing the state border by men aged 18 to 25 during martial law.
As representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk reported on the Telegram channel, the corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Tuesday.
In particular, changes have been made to the rules for crossing the state border by citizens of Ukraine.
It is envisaged that in the event of the introduction of martial law on the territory of Ukraine, the passage across the state border of male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 25 years who have served under a contract in the Armed Forces or the intelligence agency of the Ministry of Defense, as well as who have not served in the military (except for basic military service) before concluding such a contract, shall be carried out by authorized officials of the State Border Guard Service subject to compliance with the rules for crossing the state border of Ukraine and the availability of: a certificate issued by the commander of a military unit (the head of a district (joint district), city (district in cities, joint city) territorial recruitment and social support center), the head of the relevant unit of the intelligence agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, indicating information on the conclusion of such a contract; a military registration document.
