AFU presents single info platform 'Na Zviazku' for defenders, their families
The Central Directorate of Civil-Military Cooperation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the Center for Scaling Technology Solutions have created a single information platform "Na Zviazku" ("In Touch") for defenders and their families.
As Head of the Central Directorate of Civil-Military Cooperation of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Kutkov said at a briefing in Kyiv on Friday, "Na Zviazku" will operate in test mode for the next few months (from two to four) after its launch.
"We will conduct testing, research, find out what the weaknesses and strengths are and what needs to be added or removed," he said.
According to Kutkov, the system is fully adapted to any device, that is, the platform is accessible from various devices: phones, tablets or computers.
The platform is available at the link.
The main mission, as indicated by AFU, is to create a single information support service that will unite all effective decisions from the government, public organizations, businesses in the sectors of legal, psychological, medical support, training, recruiting, benefits, etc. Kutkov said the entire platform is built on a system of constant feedback.
"Na Zviazku" is primarily intended for military personnel, as well as for the families of prisoners of war, missing persons, the dead, wounded and those released from captivity.
"To study the problems that support services face in their activities, we studied the experience of various departments, in particular, 'Yanholy (Angels) Azov' and others. In addition, we studied the research of public organizations, analyzed the experience of similar foreign initiatives in Israel, the United States, in order to create a 'standard' solution that will be the best not only in Ukraine, but also an example for foreign partners," system administration technician at the project management department of the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions Danylo Solovyov said.
Currently, the information system contains nine sections, in particular, "Medical Services," "Useful Information," "Legal Assistance," "Psychological Support," "Events," "Education," "Map" and others. The links allow you to view information about the providers of the relevant services, verified by the platform's authors.
"Na Zviazku" information system has an interactive discount map for military personnel, which lists various establishments: from optical stores to hairdressers that have special promotions, programs or great deals for the military. Users can leave reviews or suggest new establishments. The authors will add them after checking.
The site also has a vacancies section, where positions in civil-military cooperation units and escort services are posted. Preference in filling these positions will be given to candidates from among military personnel released from captivity, persons with disabilities who have expressed a desire to continue military service or have undergone appropriate training.
