Zelenskyy appoints former Dpty Permanent Rep to UN Vitrenko as Permanent Rep to intl organizations in Vienna
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Yuriy Vitrenko as Permanent Representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna.
"Appoint Yuriy Volodymyrovych Vitrenko as Permanent Representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna," reads the text of decree No. 881/2024 of December 26, published on the website of the head of state on Thursday.
Vitrenko previously held the position of Deputy Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations. Subsequently, he headed the Main Directorate for Foreign Policy Activities of the Directorate for Foreign Policy and Strategic Partnership of the President's Office of Ukraine.
As reported, on December 21, Zelenskyy signed a decree on the cancellation of the decree on the appointment of Emine Dzhaparova as Permanent Representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna as unimplemented.
