The shopping center is located between Irpin and Bucha and was not occupied during the full-scale invasion, but it ended up in the gray zone and was 90% destroyed. Restoration began in 2022. The total area of the first stage of the rebuilt shopping center is 6,800 square meters, and the leasable area is 5,500 square meters.
