Lithuania ready to invest in production of Palianytsia drone missile – Shmyhal
Lithuania has announced its readiness to invest in the production of the Palianytsia drone missile, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
"We discussed key issues related to our further joint work. Strengthening the defense capability of Ukraine and Europe. We highly appreciate Lithuania's comprehensive assistance. Grateful to Lithuania and all partners for your readiness to invest in the Ukrainian defense industry. In particular, Lithuania has announced its readiness to invest in production of the Palianytsia drone missile, which is part of our long-range program," Shmyhal wrote on his Telegram channel following a joint meeting of the governments of Ukraine and Lithuania on Friday in Kyiv.
Earlier, Lithuanian Prime Minister Gintautas Paluckas stated that Lithuania was ready to expand cooperation with Ukraine in the area of training and education of Ukrainian military personnel.
