Holding Ramstein summit depends on Biden's ability to come to Europe – Cherniev
Holding a Ramstein summit in December depends on U.S. President Joe Biden's ability to come to Europe, Head of the Verkhovna Rada's permanent delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Yehor Cherniov (Servant of the People faction) said.
"Now, I know that negotiations are underway to convene Ramstein at the highest level, that is, at the level of leaders. The question here is whether Biden is ready to come to Europe in December," Cherniev said on the air of a single telethon on Wednesday.
According to him, at this meeting they plan to consider issues of assistance to Ukraine to implement "our victory plan with a specific list of weapons that we need."
