Around 950,000 ARVI, COVID-19 cases recorded in Ukraine since start of 2024-2025 epidemiological season – ministry
Since the beginning of the 2024-2025 epidemiological season, 941,629 Ukrainians have been diagnosed with ARVI and COVID-19 coronavirus disease.
The Health Ministry of Ukraine said on its website that this is 17.6% less than for the same period last season.
At the same time, it is specified that COVID-19 was detected in 12,515 patients, 49 deaths due to complications of this disease were registered.
The epidemic threshold was slightly exceeded in Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions, in other regions the situation is stable.
The ministry also reported that as of November 24, 87,432 people were vaccinated against influenza.
