AFU General Staff: Russia’s aviation and artillery shell 11 settlements on border of Sumy, Chernihiv regions by 16:00

Russian aircraft and artillery continue to shell settlements in the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions, and strike at Kursk region of the Russian Federation, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported.

"Areas of the settlements of Volfyne, Progres, Yastrubschyna, Popivka, Novovasylyivka, Basivka, Ryasne, Khodyne, Sumy region; Tymonovychy, Polissia, Huta-Studenetska, Chernihiv region were under enemy shelling," the General Staff said as of 16:00 on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.

According to available information, by the specified time, the enemy had launched one airstrike on the territory of Kursk region, using one UAB.
