Russian invaders struck the center of Odesa, residential buildings were damaged, there are victims, said head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper.

"Russian terrorists launched a missile attack on the city center of Odesa. There are victims. The civil infrastructure has been damaged, in particular residential buildings," he wrote on Telegram on Monday.
