There’re already 13 victims in Kharkiv – region’s head

As of 9:05, the number of victims as a result of an enemy strike on the center of Kharkiv has increased to 13 people, nine of them were hospitalized.

Oleh Synehubov, head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, announced this on his Telegram channel.
