Ministry of Defense signs contracts worth UAH 300 mln in 10 months to purchase Ukrainian-made systems
The Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has signed 16 contracts worth almost UAH 300 million in 10 months of 2024 to purchase several hundred reconnaissance-strike, logistics and other systems, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov reported.
"In 10 months of 2024, the Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense has signed 16 contracts worth almost UAH 300 million to purchase several hundred reconnaissance-strike, logistics and other systems that will help our combat units and save the lives of soldiers," he wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
"It is important that all innovative developments are Ukrainian-made. We are working with domestic developers to ensure that modern weapons reach the front as quickly as possible and bring our victory closer," Umerov emphasized.
