Blinken to discuss support for Ukraine with colleagues from NATO, EU countries in Brussels this week
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is heading to Brussels on Tuesday, where he will hold meetings with the foreign ministers of the EU and NATO member states to discuss support for Ukraine, the State Department said on Tuesday.
“Blinken will travel to Brussels for meetings with his NATO and European Union counterparts to discuss support for Ukraine,” the American media cite excerpts from the U.S. State Department's message.
It is noted that the U.S. Secretary of State will stay in Brussels until November 13 inclusively.
According to the State Department, Blinken will then travel to Peru and Brazil, where the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders' summit and the G20 summit will be held.
As reported, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha will also visit Brussels on November 12-13.
