Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell during his visit to Kyiv.

"There was a meeting with the head of European diplomacy Borrell today. Our relations with the European Union, our interaction. Breaking news: by the end of the year, European partners must manage to fully implement the initiative to supply Ukraine with a million shells for our artillery," Zelenskyy said in a video address on Monday evening.
