Russian occupiers remain highly active in Kurakhove, Pokrovsk axes – AFU General Staff
Russian occupiers continue to attack the positions of Ukrainian defenders; as of 16:00, some 125 combat clashes have been recorded, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) said in its Telegram channel.
The occupiers are most active in Kurakhove, Pokrovsk and Vremivka axes.
Thus, in Kurakhove axis, the occupiers attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders eight times in the areas of Illinka, Novoselydivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Voznesenka, Novodmytrivka, Maksymilianivka, Dalne, Antonivka, Katerynivka and Kurakhove. Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly conducting 13 more combat contacts.
The enemy remains highly active in Pokrovsk axis. Fourteen times during the day, clashes of varying intensity began. As of 16:00, a battle is underway in Selydove area. Near Myroliubivka, Luch, Hryhorievka and Lysivka, some 13 attacks were repelled. In Vremivka direction, the aggressor attacked 11 times near Trudove, Makarivka, Novodarivka, Rivnopole and Zelene Pole.
