Borrell arrives on visit to Ukraine

High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell is making the fifth visit to Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion.

"In Kyiv for my 5th visit since Russia's full-scale invasion and last one as HRVP [EU High Representative and Vice-President of the European Commission]. EU support to Ukraine has been my personal priority during my mandate and will remain on top of the EU's agenda," he said on the X social network Saturday morning.
