Interior Minister: Pokrovsk direction remains one of hottest at front

The Pokrovsk axis remains one of the hottest on the front, over the past day the enemy has attacked Ukrainian positions about 40 times, said Interior Minister of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko.

"The Pokrov direction remains one of the hottest. In the past 24 hours alone, the enemy has attacked our positions about 40 times. The National guardsmen repelled the attacks of the occupiers the day before," the Interior Minister wrote on the Telegram channel on Thursday.

According to him, one of them was reinforced by armored vehicles of the enemy: "two tanks and two armored fighting vehicles of the Russians tried to break into our positions."

"The commandos of the Omega Special Forces squad stopped the assault thanks to the precise operation of the drones," the Interior Minister stressed.
