Zelenskyy congratulates Trump on his victory

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated Donald Trump by phone on his victory in the presidential election.

"I had an excellent call with President Donald Trump and congratulated him on his historic landslide victory," Zelenskyy wrote on the social network X.

The head of state called Trump's campaign "tremendous," which made this result possible.

According to Zelenskyy, the parties agreed to maintain close dialogue and develop Ukrainian-American cooperation. "Strong and unwavering U.S. leadership is vital for the world and for a just peace," he stressed.
