Sybiha receives Ambassador of China to Ukraine in connection with completion of his diplomatic mission

Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha received Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine Fan Xianrong in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission in Ukraine.

As reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister noted the significant personal contribution of the ambassador to the development of Ukrainian-Chinese relations and interaction, which has significantly intensified this year.

"In particular, after a long pause, bilateral political consultations were held at the level of deputy foreign ministers of Ukraine and China, the first visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to China in the last twelve years, as well as a meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session," the department recalled.

The Minister wished the Ambassador success in his future activities and expressed his conviction that Fan Xianrong will remain a sincere friend of Ukraine and will continue to make efforts to deepen friendship between the states.
