Air Defense shoots down 50 out of 80 enemy UAVs, 27 drones lost locally

On the night of November 4 (from 19:00 on November 3), the enemy launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile strike on Dnipropetrovsk region (launch area - Rostov region), attacked Kharkiv region with guided bombs and launched 80 Shahed-type attack UAVs and unidentified drones at Ukraine from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russian Federation), the Ukrainian Air Force said on Monday morning.

"As of 08.30, the downing of 50 enemy UAVs has been confirmed in Kyiv, Sumy, Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Chernihiv and Kirovohrad regions. Twenty-seven enemy drones have been locally lost in different regions of Ukraine," the report says.

The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, aviation, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
