Belgian THALES intends to establish joint production of missiles with Ukraine to counter enemy UAVs - Smetanin
The Belgian company THALES signed a memorandum of cooperation with a Ukrainian defense enterprise on the joint production of missiles to counter enemy UAVs, said Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Herman Smetanin.
"THALES Belgium signed a memorandum of cooperation with a Ukrainian defense enterprise. This agreement provides for the joint production of missiles to counter enemy UAVs. We also expect that this cooperation will expand in the future to the transfer of technologies and components for these missiles," the minister wrote on Telegram on Saturday.
"This cooperation will strengthen the Ukrainian defense industry and the protection of critical infrastructure from enemy drones," Smetanin noted.
