State Emergency Service completes rescue operations at enemy airstrike scene in Kharkiv
Emergency rescue operations and rubble removal in a nine-story apartment building in Kharkiv, which was hit by a Russian airstrike last night, have been completed.
"As a result of the enemy strike, three people were killed, including two children, and another 36 people were injured," the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region said on Thursday.
Rescuers from the Kharkiv, Luhansk and Ivano-Frankivsk units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as well as two Special Rapid Response Centers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, were engaged in eliminating the consequences of the attack on the residential high-rise building.
Psychologists from the State Emergency Service worked on the spot and provided assistance to 32 people.
