According to updated data, one person was killed as a result of the airstrike carried out by the Russian Armed Forces on Kharkiv late yesterday evening, regional chief Oleh Synehubov said.
"According to updated data, the boy who died turned 12 in September. Another 15-year-old boy is under the rubble. The body fragments found are of a person who has already been preliminarily identified. By this minute, one person has died. Some 34 were injured," Synehubov wrote on his Telegram channel.
He said that the rescue operation is ongoing, although the work is complicated by significant damage to the structure of the house and the threat of collapse.
Earlier, it was reported that two people were killed and 34 were injured as a result of an air strike on a residential apartment building in Kharkiv.
