One dead as Russia attacks Odesa region with missiles
On Tuesday, the Russian occupation forces launched two Kh-31P guided missiles to attack Odesa region, neither of which reached their targets, Head of Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper has said.
"Regrettably, a 71-year-old man, who was by the sea, was killed with a fragment of one of the enemy missiles in the Odesa district," he said on the Telegram channel.
According to the official, a Russian Su-30 jet launched the missiles from the Black Sea waters.
