North Korean soldiers may replace Russian units in Kursk region to be sent to Pokrovsk - Center for Countering Disinformation
The Russian command expects North Korean soldiers to replace some of the Russian units in Kursk region, which will be sent to Pokrovsk direction, believes the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, Andriy Kovalenko.
"The Russian command hopes that the DPRK soldiers in Kursk will be able to relieve the separate Russian troops, which they subsequently plan to transfer to the Pokrovsk direction, where the Russians are suffering heavy losses, which is why the pace of their advance is not what Putin wanted to see," he wrote on Telegram on Thursday.
Earlier it was reported that the USA and NATO confirmed the veracity of the information about the presence of up to 3,000 North Korean troops at Russian training grounds. Earlier, the head of the Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, said that the first North Korean troops would arrive in Kursk region of Russia, where they would assist the Russian army.
