Zelenskyy urges to work with Victory Plan at community level

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in the work of the Presidium of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, where he called for working with the Victory Plan also at the community level.

"I called for working with the Victory Plan at the community level, just as we work at the level of the entire state. Connections between regions, between communities, between cities are fundamentally important so that societies in other countries feel what Ukraine can do and how we can bring peace closer," Zelenskyy said in an evening video address on Thursday.
