Kyiv authorities hand over another 550 drones to fighters of 5th separate assault battalion
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko handed over another 550 drones from the capital's community to the fighters of the 5th separate Kyiv assault brigade, which is fighting in Donbas.
"Some 150 Mavic 3T and 400 Mavic 3 PRO drones will be sent to Donbas to help our defenders carry out combat missions," Klitschko wrote on Telegram.
According to him, at the end of the summer, Kyiv transferred 600 UAVs to the military of this brigade, of which 300 were 10-inch FPV drones equipped with thermal imaging cameras and another 300 Mavic drones.
"In general, since the beginning of this year, Kyiv has allocated UAH 650 million from the city budget to equip the 5th assault," Klitschko noted.
In total, Kyiv has already allocated UAH 8.6 billion to the military this year.
