Three people, incl child, killed as result of strike on private sector of Sumy – authorities

According to updated information, three people, including a child, were killed as a result of a strike by Russian occupiers on a private residential building in the regional center on Tuesday night, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reports.

"As a result of enemy drones hitting residential buildings in the private sector of the regional center at night, three people were killed, including one child," the administration said in a Telegram message on Tuesday morning.

The administration also reported that as a result of the morning attack, a residential apartment building and critical infrastructure facilities were hit.

It is emphasized that 25 enemy Shahed drones were shot down as a result of the anti-aircraft battle in the skies over Sumy region.
