Countries that didn't help Ukraine haven't seen secret appendices to Victory Plan – Zelenskyy
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said countries that did not help Ukraine during the war have not seen the secret appendices to the Victory Plan.
"The appendices are open and handed over to the countries that specifically have those points to strengthen Ukraine. If this or that state, even our close partners, do not have this to strengthen us, what is the purpose of giving the appendix for? We trust them, but for what?" he said in an interview on the national telethon on Friday.
The head of state also noted that there are several states that want to see the appendices, but during the war they did not help Ukraine in any way, so there is no need for them to see these documents.
"Why do they need to see the closed appendix on weapons if they are against strengthening Ukraine with weapons," Zelensky said, noting that such countries have the Victory Plan, but without the appendices.
