Ukraine already concludes 28 bilateral agreements on humanitarian demining
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Bohdan Drapiaty reported on the conclusion of 28 bilateral interstate security agreements, providing for issues of humanitarian demining in Ukraine, the government portal reports.
"The civilized world is in solidarity with Ukraine and actively supports Ukrainian sappers in the fight against the mine threat," he said following the Ukraine Mine Action conference (UMAC-2024) held in Switzerland.
The deputy minister said that in 2023, the Ukraine Mine Conference was held in Croatia, and during this time, the Ukrainian side felt significant progress in international cooperation and is grateful to partner countries for maintaining solidarity for the sake of peace and development.
