URCS doesn’t transport corpses from territory not controlled by Ukraine – statement

The Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) does not transport bodies of the dead from the territory not controlled by the Ukrainian government.

"There are scammers on the Internet who promise to take the body of a fallen soldier from the territory not controlled by the Ukrainian government for a fee. We declare that the Ukrainian Red Cross does not take any money for the transportation of the bodies of the dead and carries it out exclusively on the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government," the URCS reported on Facebook on Friday.

URCS calls on citizens to be attentive and check information from official sources.
