Netherlands allocates EUR 271 mln on large-caliber artillery shells for Ukraine – PM
Dutch Prime Minister Hendrikus Dick Schoof has announced the allocation of EUR 271 million on large-caliber artillery shells for Ukraine.
"Denmark, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands are determined to jointly support Ukraine against Russian aggression. A year ago we launched an initiative to supply ammunition, and today we are taking a good next step. We will supply more large-caliber artillery ammunition. For this, the Netherlands is allocating EUR 271 million for artillery shells," he wrote on the social network X.
According to the Prime Minister, this will help Ukraine with ammunition supplies in 2025 and stimulate the European defense industry to further growth.
