"Peace plans" that do not meet Ukraine's demands are simply requests for capitulation and will never lead to a just and lasting peace, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis said.
"Peace plans' which do not meet Ukraine's demands are simply requests for capitulation, and would never result in a just and lasting peace. That's my message to fellow EU foreign ministers at the FAC today," he said on X social media.
