Zelenskyy to present Plan for Victory at European Council meeting – Borrell
High Representative of the European Union Josep Borrell announced the presentation of the Plan for Victory by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a meeting of the European Council.
Borrell announced this on Monday in Luxembourg at a press conference that took place after the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council.
The next meeting of the European Council at the level of heads of state and government is scheduled for October 17 and 18.
