Zelenskyy: There are already mln drones purchased at public expense, delivered to front
Advisor to the President of Ukraine on strategic issues Oleksandr Kamyshin reported on Monday on the production of the domestic defense industry and deliveries to the army, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"Today, there are already a million drones that were purchased at public expense and delivered to the front. This is only what the government does. There are also deliveries from volunteers, from everyone who supports," Zelenskyy said in a video address on Monday evening.
The president thanked everyone who makes the Ukrainian army technologically advanced, in particular, all Ukrainian manufacturers, the entire public sector and all partners who invest in the production of drones in Ukraine.
"We will continue to increase these supplies, and the main thing is that technological development helps us protect the lives of our soldiers," the head of state said.
