Ukrainian Red Cross volunteers help victims of Russian attack on Zaporizhia
The emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in Zaporizhia region provided assistance to the victims of a Russian airstrike on the regional center.
"The team of the Zaporizhia Emergency Response Unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross worked on the site together with other rescue services of the city. [...] Volunteers provided all the necessary assistance to the victims and rescuers," the organization said on Facebook on Thursday.
As reported, the Russian occupation forces struck a private housing district in Zaporizhia with guided aerial bombs on Thursday morning. Six people were injured, five private houses were partially destroyed, blast wave and debris damaged another five houses, a garage and a farm building as a result of the attack.
