Zelenskyy to present Plan for Victory in Rada on Oct 16 – Leschenko

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will speak in the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday, October 16, where he will publicly present the Plan for Victory, Advisor to the President's Office Serhiy Leschenko said.

"On Wednesday, October 16, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will speak in the Verkhovna Rada. Obviously, now there is only one reason for this event – this is the public presentation of the Plan for Victory," Leschenko said in Telegram channel on Monday.

The President's Office advisor personally confirmed this information to Interfax-Ukraine.

In turn, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko (European Solidarity faction) also reported in Telegram channel that the president will speak in the Verkhovna Rada on Wednesday and present the Plan for Victory.
