Dpty AFU head outlines most expected innovatiоns from mаnufacturers in near future
Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Andriy Lebedenko, outlined the top innovations that the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the near future most expect from Ukrainian and foreign manufacturing companies in the field of weapons, in particular, stably operating guidance systems to increase the quality of the UAV use.
“The innovations we expect: these are stably operating guidance systems to increase the quality of UAV use in the tactical zone. The second is stably effective communication systems, communications resistant to electronic warfare for our intelligence assets,” he said at the second International Defense Industries Forum (DFNC2).
He also highlighted the improvement of ammunition used by UAVs as one of the topical issues.
“Reducing the weight, increasing their effectiveness in destroying armored vehicles,” Lebedenko said.
