Lithuania transfers new batch of military aid to Ukraine
Lithuania has announced the transfer of a new batch of military aid to Ukraine, including, in particular, logistical equipment and ammunition.
"Lithuania continues to provide military support to Ukraine. Logistics, ammunition, laptops and other supplies for the armed forces will arrive in Ukraine this week," the Lithuanian Defense Ministry said in a statement on its website on Saturday.
It is noted that Lithuania, in response to Ukraine's requests, has already supplied 155-mm ammunition, M577 armored vehicles, M113 armored vehicles, anti-drone systems, equipment and warm clothing sets necessary for the winter season, the Carl Gustav anti-tank grenade launcher, ammunition, RISE-1 remote detonation systems, generators, loaders, trailers, folding beds and other supplies this year.
