Sybiha meets with Algerian FM, invites him to join Peace Summit's first communiqué

On the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Diaspora Abroad of Algeria Ahmed Attaf and invited his country to join the first communiqué of the Peace Summit.

"At the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, I met with Ahmed Attaf. I thanked Algeria for supporting Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, proposed to play a more active role in the Peace Formula and join the first Peace Summit communiqué," Sybiha said on the X social network on Friday.

"We also discussed the revitalization of our bilateral dialogue," Sybiha said.
