Czech Republic delivers 58 medium-sized cogeneration units to Ukraine - Foreign Minister
The Czech Republic has delivered 58 medium-sized cogeneration units to Ukraine, with additional units on the way, said Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky.
"Ukraine’s energy security is crucial for Europe’s stability. Czechia doesn’t just talk. We act. We’ve provided 58 medium-sized cogeneration units. Additional are on the way. We are sending water turbines. A Czech company is building a wind power plant,” Lipavsky wrote on the social network X following the G7+ ministerial meeting.
Earlier, the G7+ ministerial group at the level of foreign ministers met on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly to reaffirm unwavering support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
