URCS Director General calls on Ukrainians in Canada to help Ukraine
Director General of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) Maksym Dotsenko called on Ukrainians living in Canada to support Ukraine.
"... a charity evening Partners in Humanity: An Evening with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society was held [in Canada] with the participation of representatives of the Ukrainian World Congress, the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, and the Canada-Ukraine Foundation," the URCS reported on Facebook.
Dotsenko, President of the Canadian Red Cross Conrad Sauvé and Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada Yulia Kovaliv told those present about the war and the humanitarian situation in Ukraine, about the challenges of the coming winter, which are complicated by constant shelling, including of energy infrastructure.
