Zelenskyy: Victory plan fully prepared

Ukraine has fully prepared all the provisions and key accents of the Victory Plan, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

"And today we can say that our Victory Plan has already been fully prepared: all the provisions, all the key accents, the necessary annexes with details to the Plan have been identified. All has been worked out. The most important thing now is the determination to implement," Zelenskyy said in his evening video message on Wednesday.

At the same time, the President stressed that "there is and cannot be any alternative to peace, no freezing of the war or any other manipulations that will simply transfer Russian aggression to another stage."

According to Zelenskyy, reliable and long-term security is needed for Ukraine, which means the security of the whole of Europe.
