Zelenskyy: Drones unable to do everything that missiles can do
Ukraine has effective drones, but they are still unable to do what missiles are capable of, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said on Friday, emphasizing that military targets on the territory of Russia are so far unreachable for defensive strikes.
"Unfortunately, Russia's weapons logistic and platforms for Russian strikes are so far simply unreachable for our defensive strikes. We have effective drones, but drones are unable to do what missiles are capable of. Putin can even take more than enough of artillery at a relatively low price from North Korea, while every defense package is an achievement for Ukraine," he said at the 20th meeting of the Yalta European Strategy (YES).
