Verkhovna Rada appoints Hrynchuk as Environmental Protection Minister
The Verkhovna Rada has appointed Svitlana Hrynchuk as Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Minister of Ukraine, MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak (Holos faction) said on the Telegram channel.
Hrynchuk's appointment as minister was backed by 246 MPs at a plenary session on Thursday.
Prior to this appointment, Hrynchuk worked as Deputy Energy Minister.
