Number of victims in Kharkiv increased to 28, four people die – mayor
The number of victims as a result of enemy airstrikes on Kharkiv is growing, as of 16:25 their number has grown to 28 people, said Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"By now, four dead and 28 injured are known," Terekhov wrote on the Telegram channel.
