Yermak on Kursk operation: Ukraine has shown world it is capable of ending war on its own terms

The Kursk operation demonstrated to the world that Ukraine is capable of ending the aggressive war of the Russian Federation on its own terms, Head of the President’s Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said.

"Ukraine has surprised the whole world again. Ukraine has once again given an absolutely clear understanding that we are not only capable of defending ourselves, we are capable of ending this war on Ukrainian terms," Yermak said on the sidelines of the Ukraine 2024. Independence forum in Kyiv on Tuesday, commenting on the question of the significance of the operation in Kursk region of the Russian Federation.

According to him, "today is the moment when our partners can strengthen their support so that this happens as soon as possible."
