President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has congratulated the citizens on the National Flag Day.
“The blue and yellow unites, the blue and yellow inspires, the blue and yellow is Ukraine. Happy National Flag Day, Ukraine!” Zelenskyy said on X.
