Rome Statute ratification by Ukraine to be over after UN Secretary-General receives instrument of ratification – ICC
The process of ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) by Ukraine will be completed when the instrument of ratification is handed over to the UN Secretary-General.
The ICC informed the Interfax-Ukraine News Agency about this procedure for ratifying the Rome Statute on Wednesday, in response to a request for comment.
Ratification officially occurs when the instrument of ratification is deposited with the UN Secretary-General, it said, adding that until then, they do not offer any comments.
