Invaders lose 1,220 people in 24 hours – General Staff

Defense forces eliminated 1,220 occupiers, eight tanks, 24 armored vehicles, 47 artillery systems, one air defense system, as well as 65 units of vehicles and special equipment units in 24 hours, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Facebook on Thursday morning.

"The enemy's total combat losses from February 24, 2022 to August 15, 2024 were approximately: 595,620 (1,220 more) personnel, 8,484 (eight more) tanks, 16,426 (24 more) armored combat vehicles, 16,868 (47 more) artillery systems, 1,154 (three more) MLRS, 922 (one more) air defense systems, 367 (one more) aircraft, 328 helicopters, 13,598 (50 more) operational-tactical UAVs, 2,428 (two more) cruise missiles, 28 ships/boats, one submarine, 22,775 (65 more) automotive equipment and tanker trucks, an ​​2,813 units of special equipment," the report says.
